1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by MAG88, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of this overall agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to immediately stop using the mag88 platform. Continued use after notice of a terms amendment is considered full acceptance of the updated version of the terms.

2 User Eligibility

MAG88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found not meeting the minimum age requirement will be suspended immediately and the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at MAG88 at any one time. Registering more than one account, whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or identity card number, is a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, Malaysia identity card number (MyKad), active phone number, and valid email address. This information is required for identity verification (KYC) purposes and withdrawal processing.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential
• Ensuring no third party accesses your account without authorization
• Notifying mag88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• Updating your personal information when changes occur

Mag88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your own account credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

Mag88 accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other local e-wallet options. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. No general maximum limit is stated, however specific limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method or account status.

Important information regarding deposits that you should be aware of:

• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted
• MAG88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Deposits found to originate from illegal activity or fraud will be frozen and reported to the authorities
• Any fees or charges imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the user

5 Fund Withdrawal

Winning withdrawals can be made using the same method as your deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request. MAG88 processes withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and account verification status.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process by submitting the following documents:

• A clear and current copy of your MyKad (front and back)
• A selfie holding your MyKad may be required for additional verification
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (screenshot of bank account or e-wallet)

MAG88 reserves the right to hold or suspend withdrawals involving accounts suspected of fraud, money laundering, or terms violations. Users will be notified within 48 hours and given the opportunity to clarify their situation.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Mag88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members, including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the Promotions of ours.

General terms applicable to all MAG88 bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement which must be met before winnings can be withdrawn
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash
• MAG88 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses obtained through methods deemed to be system abuse
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new player
• Some games may not count towards certain bonus wagering requirements

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Game Rules

All games available at MAG88 are supplied by licensed third-party software providers and are subject to their respective regulations. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified to ensure fairness.

Mag88 is not responsible for technical disruptions occurring on the part of third-party game providers. In the event of an interrupted game, the game provider's server records will be used to determine the valid outcome.

In the event of any technical malfunction or system error resulting in an incorrect payout, mag88 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the original amount to the player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Mag88 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering
• Using another person's identity or payment information
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage platform operations
• Distributing or sharing unlawful content through the platform

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Mag88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• User violates any terms in this document
• Account suspected of involvement in fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Account closure requested by the user themselves
• Instructions from regulatory bodies or relevant authorities

Users may also choose to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our customer support. The request will be processed within 3 working days and any valid balance will be returned after deducting any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
